Position Overview:
Expanding at a rapid pace, goPuff is seeking to hire a Total Rewards Manager to join the People Operations Team. This unique individual contributes to the company's performance by leading the compensation function to deliver equitable and competitive pay programs that reward performance. The successful candidate is customer obsessed, a change agent who thrives in a fast paced environment, and has strong relationship building skills combined with effective listening and communication skills. The Total Rewards Manager will report to the Director of People Operations.

Responsibilities:


  • Analyzes wage and salary reports, monitor market trends and surveys and data to determine competitive compensation plan
  • Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization
  • Administration of compensation programs. These programs may include: job evaluation; salary process and structure; short-term incentive plans; executive compensation etc.
  • Provides ongoing job benchmarking, compensation survey assessment, analysis, and competitive market intelligence/insight
  • Actively looks for ways to address the unique needs of each department, making recommendations, interpreting policies and procedures, assessing market competitiveness and developing, socializing and implementing market based solutions
  • Design, socialize and implement incentive and other variable pay programs aligned to the competitive market and hybrid business strategies
  • Manage projects in areas such as job assessment and benchmarking, salary range development and other forms of compensation/incentive program design
  • Create ranges and grades. Develop and manage job descriptions
  • Manages position title design and nomenclature
  • Partners with corporate and benefits broker to ensure current and competitive benefits processes and practices are in place
  • Facilitates the annual compensation process

Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in HR, where at least 3 years in Compensation and/or Total Rewards
  • Proven strong foundation and knowledge of job evaluation methodologies
  • Experience from working with remuneration models, bonus schemes, pension and insurance issues
  • Customer Service attitude toward internal employees 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
  • Ability to work cross functionally with various departments   
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Precise attention to detail
  • HR Certifications a plus! (CCP, PHR)
  • Familiarity with HCM or HRIS systems, UltiPro desirable
  • Proven acuity in G suite, internet and data-base management
