Talent Acquisition Admin

Job Summary

goPuff is seeking a self-starter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition Team! As a Talent Acquisition Admin, you will assist the team with moving candidates through the talent pipeline to build out all corporate teams as the company continues to expand! You will be responsible for a variety of administrative recruiting tasks to include, job reconciliations, offer tracking, resume screening, sourcing and more. goPuff’s Talent Acquisition is a close-knit team that will provide you with the tools and resources you need to grow and develop your skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support corporate talent acquisition efforts by managing administration of job and offer approval tracking, scheduling candidates, and facilitating the movement of the candidate pipeline as necessary with sourcing and screening applications
  • Work with Recruiters to create and post job descriptions as new openings become available 
  • Maintain reconciliation of all open postings across hiring platforms to include closing out requisitions as needed
  • Assist in implementing process changes and best practices to make hiring more efficient
  • Communicate effectively (verbal and written) across all levels of the organization with consistent follow up when needed
  • Other talent acquisition and human resources projects and reporting as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • One or more years of human resources, recruitment, administrative, or related experience
  • Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements constantly change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Excel with strong organizational skills
  • “Can-do” attitude with a team player mentality
  • Proven success in an accountability-based culture
  • Demonstrated integrity in all business interactions and personal commitments
