The company is at a pivotal point in its development, growing rapidly, and plans to hire a Director of Talent Partnerships. This role will seek out, secure, and grow relationships with athletes, musicians, and celebrities intended to grow the goPuff brand and will serve as a key representative of the goPuff organization externally.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a deep understanding of goPuff’s business, including internal processes, functional group strategies, and competitive context
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new influencers and improve existing relationships
- Oversee all aspects of our celebrity partnership programs including handling consistent communication with our partners, budget management, agent and manager relationships, and program development and execution
- Work with our Brand team to create campaign concepts and pitch those concepts to our influencers
- Keep informed of industry trends and events, provide insight and research new talent to grow our influencer program
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executive counterparts at agencies and talent management companies, serving as a key representative of goPuff externally
- Leverage social media listening data analysis to drive key business insights, scalable growth strategies, and detailed execution plans for our influencer program
- Bring external knowledge to the team to build and improve strategies to help grow the influencer program
- Envision new ways that influencers can positively impact the core business applying both creativity and business acumen
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of professional experience; Talent, Marketing, or Marketing Agency experience is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college/university
- Excellent communication skills with a high EQ and quick communication response times
- An exceptional attention to detail and ability to keep multiple on-time and on task
- Experience working with talent and/or influencers
- Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally
- Comfort in a rapidly evolving business environment
- Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Philadelphia, PA
