About the Role
GoodRx is hiring a Senior Manager of Paid Social to help run our Facebook and Instagram channels. Focusing on customer retention, this individual will work closely with our internal teams (CRM, product, engineering, design etc.) as well as our external agency, owning our creative strategy, testing and campaign optimization. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing daily media optimizations as well as closely tracking overall campaign performance ensuring we hit our growth goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies, manage, and optimize existing paid social marketing channels: Facebook and Instagram
  • Manage our external media agency to coordinate testing, optimizations and new initiatives 
  • Work with internal and external parties to develop high-performing creative assets for testing and new campaigns
  • Lead and manage daily media optimizations, collaborating with our media agency, internal stakeholders and creative resources
  • Collaborate with the VP of Consumer, as well as the CRM team on new tests and initiatives to increase upsell/cross-sell of our products as well as increasing the LTV of our customers overall
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform planning and optimization for future media and content strategies
  • Work with design and product teams to create and execute landing page tests and optimizations
  • Measure, report, and share KPIs

Skills & Qualifications: 
  • 4-6 years’ experience directly managing Facebook and Instagram paid efforts, particularly with monthly budgets of 6 and 7 figures  
  • Deep understanding of consumer marketing, demand generation, content production, and marketing/sales funnels
  • Ability and interest in being hands-on work and closely engaged in all levels of marketing execution from strategy, to planning and execution
  • Strong Project Management skills with proven success coordinating creative efforts, new test ideas, reporting, and optimizations 
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and have the ability to forge strong bonds and work collaboratively with key external and internal partners
  • Execute consistently in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment and carry out self-directed responsibilities
  • Positive, energetic, and exude a strong sense of teamwork by working effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all team members
  • Highly skilled at analyzing and interpreting data
