About the Role
GoodRx is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to manage ongoing relationships with our Pharmacy and PBM partners. As part of a growing team based out of Charleston, SC, this role will develop and maintain long-term relationships and utilize data to contribute to product and service enhancements. The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate and exceed partner needs.
Reporting to the VP of Pharmacy Strategy, this individual will be responsible for managing relationships with Pharmacy and PBM partners as well as identifying, developing, and presenting offerings for business development within the retail pharmacy space.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with assigned accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal sponsors
- Be the lead account owner for large retail pharmacy chains and PBMs
- Ensure successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives
- Develop key account metrics of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in on-boarding new partners including training, education, and outreach
- Coordinate, implement and attend meetings with various partners
- Build, hone, and curate sales decks including data and analytics components
- Work cross-functionally to exceed customer needs and support internal initiatives including data, analytics, product, legal, marketing, and patient advocacy
Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management or Customer Success
- Experience in healthcare, specifically with a PBM or health plan, is preferred
- Willingness to travel >40% of the time (non-negotiable)
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively
- Exceptional listening, strategic decision-making, negotiation, and EQ
- Ability to develop rapport, gauge partner needs, and understand multiple perspectives
- Innovative, growth mindset and creative thinker
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while paying strict attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
