OUR POSITION
The HR Coordinator will support the HR team in helping to drive and deliver strategic objectives, while executing the necessary day-to-day HR requirements. Dental365 is growing quickly and we are looking for the right person to help us grow our operations!
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Process FMLA, PFL, and NYS Disability claims for employees and has a thorough understanding on how the various leave laws intertwine
- Prepares and distributes reports as necessary
- Enter new hires, status changes and terminations into HRISMeet and follow-up with new employees to ensure all on-boarding documentation is obtained and completed
- Maintains time & attendance system and updates/trains new Managers on payroll records
- Assist in tracking and reporting Provider’s time/daily rates for production payroll and maintain credential records for Providers
- Prepare and distribute reports and requests for employment and wage information
- Prepares new employee folders, on-boards new employees and process status changes
- May be asked to prepare and process bi-weekly and monthly payroll using ADP WorkForce Now
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3-5 years payroll experience
- Knowledge of ADP WorkForce Now preferred
- HRIS - data input and Time & Attendance experience required.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently, accurately and meet deadlines
