As a key player, the Partner Account Manager is the link between our partners and our internal teams.

- Experience with digital media management and online marketing strategies are considered significant assets but are not showstoppers.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining relationships, along with internal stakeholders, by becoming their strategic partner.
- Providing regular and timely project updates, performance reviews and proactively identifying opportunities for growth in each account.
- Contributing to the development of best practices for Partner acquisition and retention through nurturing relationships.
- Keeping an efficient and comprehensive line of sight with all Partners. All Partner wants, needs, mission, current focus, budget and location are your daily focus.
About You:
- You have 2-3 years sales experience working with B2B and B2C accounts.
- You have a proven track record of driving a stellar customer experience, thorough understanding of revenue retention and growth.
- You’re not afraid of change and can adapt quickly.
- You are analytical with an ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- You can create consensus and influence the outcome in sometimes challenging situations.
- You have experience in managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
- You are entrepreneurial with a keen sense of initiative and you take charge of your professional development to stay ahead of market trends
- You are proficient with CRM tools.
