As Community Manager, you will be the Master Gardener, calm and attentive, tending to and addressing that community on a daily basis. What are they saying? What do they need? What can we do for them? Remember, a true gardener is always only the coordinator of nature’s potential.

Addressing millions of followers means your communication skills are on point; all the right words, all the time. 

But, do you REALLY understand social media?
From IG to TikTok, the world is wired and everyone is producing content. Can you rise above the idle chatter and see the nuanced relationships between marketing, content and audience? From your elevated position, what strategic insights can you discern, and how fast can you deploy them for the power of good?

Empathy is key 
At Goalcast, we create our content with purpose and we approach our community with empathy. You are expected to be a fully-realized, non-robot, human adult with a healthy EQ and a working, big-sized heart. Can you put yourself in someone else’s shoes? 

Our content ushers the audience onto a rollercoaster of emotions, and you should understand how that can influence engagement and reactions across various platforms. People from around the world share with us their intimate, personal struggles, and you have to be able to hold all of those inside your heart, preciously.

Creative writing, organization and the big picture 

Part of growing and caring for our audience is to connect with them daily by publishing a high volume of content. Every piece of content requires you to do a 360: copywriting, strategic posting, incorporation of social media trends (such as hashtags) and an overall brand perception. If this doesn’t make you dizzy, we may have a spot in our earth-sized garden for you.
