We are looking to bring on a curious and hungry Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to cover US time zones and help us continue our breakneck growth with two major contributions to the business:
- Filling the top of our sales funnel with qualified opportunities.
- Filling our sales talent funnel as you develop your skills and progress your career.
The SDR role is a career development role that will help grow and foster your professional path here at Gmelius. You will be using the platform every single day, so you’ll be expected to quickly become knowledgable about our solution. You will learn new ways to use Gmelius as your customers tightly integrate their organization’s workflows with the platform. And you will provide feedback and mentorship to the team as the product rapidly evolves. It’s a rare opportunity: you’ll use, sell, and help build the product.
What will you be doing?
- Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline
- Working our 5,000+ monthly sign-up leads
- Qualifying these opportunities to introduce to Account Executives
- Effectively and efficiently conduct account research
- Develop your own sales skills through our SDR skills development program
- Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on sales & marketing initiatives
- Become a power user and a product guide of Gmelius
What skills and experience do you need?
- Previous work or internship experience in a business, sales, marketing, or customer service capacity
- High motor - you won’t be outworked on your path to success
- Hustle - take initiative and independently problem solve
- Coachable and passionate about investing in transferable skills
- Impeccable interpersonal skills - we don’t leave communication to chance
- A positive “get it done” attitude with a curious appetite for learning, and being able to do more with less
- Previous SDR or AE experience for a SaaS or B2B solution is a huge plus
- English native speaker
- Based in the US or willing to cover US time zones
