Responsibilities:
- Lead data and speech collection projects from inception to completion locally and internationally
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data collection and processing
- Meet with clients to discuss system and requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
- Control the budget and expenditures of projects
- Recruit and supervise project assistants, vendors and other personnel and oversee their performance and training
- Build international teams in charge of global executions
- Recruit and schedule participants for data collection projects
- Plan projects logistically on national and international level
- Develop quality metrics
- Check data to ensure it meets clients’ expectations
- Troubleshoot the equipment and search for solutions
- Prepare estimates and proposals
- Create SOWs for vendors
- Deliver presentations and summary reports to project stakeholders
- National and international travel may be expected to oversee or execute project
- Mentor and train team members and oversee their success (work quality, on the job training, provide ongoing work-related feedback, monitor timesheets, approve vacation and holidays)
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of professional experience, including progressive leadership responsibilities
- Project management experience (preferably in the tech. industry)
- Communicator -- Strong people management and communication skills to work with clients, vendors and data collection participants of all ages and background
- Computer savvy -- Advanced user of Microsoft Office/Google suites and able to pick up new software quickly
- Multitasker -- Excellent multitasking skills to manage several projects simultaneously
- Traveler -- Ability to travel internationally up to 30 percent of the time
- Flexible -- Flexible to work evenings or weekends depending on project needs
- Multicultural -- Experience in traveling or working abroad preferred
- People person -- Previous customer service experience preferred
