Join our team. We are currently looking for a candidate who will be in charge of account management, sales and client services - yes, a Jack of all trades. This will be a brand new position at Globalme - which means a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial mind who wants to be a part of a leadership team.
You will have an option to work from home, our client's office and our office in Hillsboro.
Responsibilities
- Understand clearly the value of each Globalme business lines and apply it to various business proposals
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts. If Globalme sets sales targets, meet or exceed them
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts. Seek up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, without pushing customers away
- Serve as the interface between the customer and Globalme - including Sales, Engineering, Project Management, etc.
- Participate in discovery for new projects and customers. Establish budgets and define statements of work with customers
- Travel, domestic, and international, as needed to maintain customer relationships
- Access competitive landscape, develops and presents project proposals for the clients
- Take initiatives to learn about the client’s industry
- Monitor and communicates project progress, ensures strict adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Deliver high impact and creative presentations to show Globalme positive impact on the client’s business
- Follow up on inbound opportunities quickly and effectively
- Respond to Proposals
- Work closely with CEO and COO on designing and executing expansion of localization services
You are:
- Experienced - you have at least 5 years experience related to client services and/or account management, with demonstrated success maintaining, and growing business
- Personable - you are an excellent communicator in written and spoken English. You are also a great listener. You can read between the lines, and identity the key needs of a customer
- Business savvy - you connect the dots and see opportunities for Globalme to grow in ways that also helps our customers be successful
- Independant - you are able to prioritize your workload, and get results with minimal supervision
- Great presenter - you have ability to visually and verbally represent solutions in well-crafted proposal documents
- Positive - you are able to turn a difficult conflict around and solve it with a positive outcome. you have a “nothing is impossible attitude”
- Customer centric - you are able to make a client fees as if they the only one you have
- Strategic - you are a strategic thinker and able to see a bigger picture

Nice to have:
- At least 3 years of localization project management experience
- A bachelors, or higher, degree in business, or other applicable area of study
- A good understanding of internationalization and localization, including technology and job roles
- Fluency in at least one non-English language
- Experience doing business in a multicultural environment/Internationally
- Direct experience managing accounts for enterprise customers with complex internationalization and localization needs
