As a Sales Lead at Globalme, you will work on advancing our new Speech Data product offering to help our clients develop voice-enabled technologies and devices in the fast-pace and high-growth AI market.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and implement a sales’ strategy for Globalme’s speech data product offering
  • Develop KPIs, benchmarks and budget for continuous improvement of Globalme’s sales channels (direct contacts, industry events, product demonstrations, conferences, publications, etc.)
  • Share your AI market knowledge with the team and activate your professional network in the industry
  • Identify prospects to generate new leads in the Data Collection industry for AI applications 
  • Identify current clients’ needs to retain and deepen our relationships with existing clients
  • Proactively build relationships with potential clients and sell Globalme’s data collection solutions, with a focus on selling Globalme’s speech data product offering
  • Work closely with the Project Management Team to qualify and calibrate clients’ projects 
  • Contribute to answering RFP and pricing quotes, and negotiating contracts
  • Work closely with the Project Management Team to ensure a top-notched execution of clients’ projects
  • Raise Globalme’s brand and expertise awareness in the Data Collection industry through industry events, product demos, and marketing communications 
  • Identify market needs and trends, and liaise with Product Team and Project Managers to address them and inform Globalme’s strategy and product roadmap 
  • Communicate effectively with executive decision-makers in the tech / AI industry 
  • Monitor sales’ activity and forecasts in CRM 

You are:
  • Experienced - you have a least 3 years of Sales experience, ideally in the Data Collection and/or AI industry at large
  • Excellent communicator in written and spoken English with an ability to reach and interact comfortably with executive decision-makers in the tech / AI industry 
  • Strategic - you are able to see the big picture and identify opportunities
  • Resourceful - you have a head with plenty of good ideas and not intimidated with working with limited resources
  • Problem-solver - you are able to foresee potential problems ahead of time. You figure out problems that rarely have textbook solutions. “Let me figure this out” is a sentence you use often.
  • Focused on quality work - you pay attention to details and can’t stand sloppy work.
  • Logical decision maker in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment.
