Growth Manager

If you’re strategic, resourceful and you enjoy hands-on work, you may be the Growth Manager we’re looking for! You will be responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing and external communications strategy to support business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an overall marketing and sales strategy in alignment with the vision and mission of Globalme
  • Oversee, monitor and adjust sales and marketing activities
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets
  • Identify business opportunities and generate new leads
  • Promote positive relations with clients, partners, and vendors
  • Raise brand awareness through leadership, industry events, and marketing communications
  • Identify and address market needs and trends
  • Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials
  • Develop KPIs and benchmarks for continuous improvement of marketing execution
  • Coach and lead team members involved in sales & marketing
  • Partner with the leadership team to design and execute the expansion of Globalme services

Requirements
  • Experienced - you have a least 6 years of Sales and Marketing experience, including several years in senior positions, and ideally in a hi-tech sector.
  • Strategic - you are able to see the big picture and identify opportunities
  • Resourceful - you have a head with plenty of good ideas and not intimidated with working with limited resources
  • Good communicator in written and spoken English
  • Problem-solver - you are able to foresee potential problems ahead of time. You figure out problems that rarely have textbook solutions. “Let me figure this out” is a sentence you use often.
  • Focused on quality work - you pay attention to details and can’t stand sloppy work.
  • Logical decision maker in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment.
  • Born leader - you are a confident individual who has strong leadership skills.
  • Open to receiving feedback — you focus on solutions and improvements rather than finding excuses why something doesn’t work.
  • Positive — you have a “nothing is impossible attitude”. You believe that everything can be done.
  • Self-starter — you see a clear link between your actions and their outcomes. You don’t sit around and wait for others to tell you what to do.
  • Clever and fast — you understand things quickly and are not confused about simple things.
  • Resourceful — you have a head with plenty of good ideas, strong internet skills and ability to find the best deals.
