We are looking for a Senior Manager, North America HR to join our Headquarters in San Jose.
Responsibilities include:
- HRBP for Head Quarters/SG&A employees - SG&A POC
- Responsible for handling employee relations issues for HQ/SG&A employees, including:
- PIP preparations
- Employee terminations
- General coaching for managers and employees
- Work with AVP of HR on Budget Prep/Management for North America
- Compliance tracking for North America with team members
- Work on compensation actions and day-to-day compensation deliverables for North America including:
- Comp. plans
- Annual bonus payouts
- Annual compensation planning process
- Radford administration
- Working with external compensation consultant as needed
- Assist Manager with running/managing annual HR Projects & Programs for North America including:
- Employee Engagement Survey
- Annual Performance Review Process
- Ad hoc Global projects as needed
Skills, Abilities and Knowledge

Experience and Education
· A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
· At least 4-5 years experience
