GLoballogic’s HR Generalist is a crucial role in North America People Development team. The
role will be instrumental in helping to drive HR initiatives and maintain the culture that supports the
company’s core values. The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting assigned clients in North
America as the main point of contact and/or assigned to a specific HR function providing
administrative, compliance, and strategic support. The HR Generalist will be instrumental in
partnering with the HR Team and the business in driving the employee engagement and people
strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support assigned field employees in multiple client location and serves as the main point of contact with day-to-day operations.
• Drive employee engagement and increase employee satisfaction
• Conduct regular meetings with the assigned clients
• Partner with client managers on performance management and employee relations issues
• Routinely evaluate existing processes and recommend process improvement aligned with business strategy and objectives
• Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing data ;recommending courses of action.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues on policies and process best practices and projects.
• Participate in on-boarding, new hire orientations, relocation, and off-boarding activities
• Support the HR Operations team with program implementation and other administrative duties.
• Oversee the region’s reward and recognition program
• Participate and lead special projects
• Comply with federal, state or local employment laws

Experience and Education
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in supporting a client group, multi-location preferred
• Experience in supporting and working in a diverse environment
• Experience working on projects
