- Expertise in C/C++, Linux, RTOS
- Manage the first line technical interaction with customers, either on-site or remotely
- Work with customers in the Courier industry
- Support Business Development on taking customers on a technical journey from evaluation and exploration to integration and production. Assess feasibility, develop or suggest applications, provide feedback and guide and support the customer technically throughout;
- Support resolving customer system issues and engineering issues that may involve third party hardware, software and system solutions;
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for new products and services at customer and distributor sites;
- Document and report learning, and insights gained from working directly with customers on the technical side and feedback those insights into recommendations for future product strategy and engineering attention;
This role is critical to providing an Industry leading customer experience to our customers as we grow and scale our business across North America. This is a technical role that is very hands-on, and customer facing. The role will include defining, guiding and generating innovative technical solutions through to solving customer challenges, ensuring that the adoption of our CoROS system into our client systems as seamless as possible.
