Improve teams by fostering collaboration, transparency, innovation and flexibility, and promoting a culture of experimentation and innovation, adhering to Agile best practices

Roles and Responsibilities:
Champion the adoption of Agile processes at the enterprise level to assist  in fostering growth of autonomous, high-performing teams
Help identify and drive continuous improvement at organization and scrum teams level
Promote Agile adoption throughout organization by identifying impediments and implementing best practices to address those impediments
Coach Agile teams in all roles and functions
Ensure Sprint Ceremonies, to include sprint planning & retrospective meetings at team level, are are effective and consistent
Monitor and mentor individual teams performance and provide guidance and support for adopting Agile Values and Practices
Develop and conduct Agile training courses
Assist teams in resolving conflicts from a process perspective and clear the path of issues through objective assessment, cross functional influence and mentorship
Collect and publish metrics to report overall health of program and release with a clear focus on whether the teams are on track to deliver on time with desired quality
Act as a catalyst of change, to include both process and cultural changes, to ensure entire engineering organization effectively adopts best practices and share success stories  

  • Deep knowledge of Scrum Agile framework
  • Strong software engineering experience
  • Experience implementing agile frameworks (SAFe and/or LeSS and/or DAD and/or Nexus) across diverse teams
  • Experience coaching Agile teams
  • Experience with Agile methodology support tools
  • Demonstrated success as an agent of change
  • Experience working with executive management
  • Certification as Scrum Master or Agile Coach from recognized Agile authority
