We are searching for a top-notch Technical Project Manager to support a quickly growing community of partner institutions. This person will be a key player in delivering superior partner success through ensuring technical projects are completed on-time and within scope. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is excited about developing and implementing process to drive efficiencies while providing a delightful experience to our partner schools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outline of requirements with associated deadlines in reference to scheduled projects
- Communicate the status of project milestones between internal teams such as Engineering, Product, and Partner Success
- Maintain a deep, technical understanding of the GiveCampus product suite
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders at partner institution to set expectations about project activities to ensure on-time deliverables to and from the school
- Deliver fundamental partner training related to product/functionality implementation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical and school-facing processes
- Lead process redesign and transformation as needed to drive increased efficiency and user adoption of the product
- Perform other duties as required or needed to support the GiveCampus partner community.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Project management experience with the ability to coordinate and manage across teams within tight timelines
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical elements of a complex software solution
- A focus on execution with the ability to self-manage through ambiguity
- Ability to develop customer requirements into project plans with success criteria while also translating technical ideas into customer-facing communications
- A passion for creating an outstanding partner experience
- Ability to develop & sustain peer and partner relationships with a professional demeanor
- An extraordinary track record and a reputation for rolling up your sleeves and getting results. (We don’t care about the domain, the industry, or the subject matter)
- Outstanding resourcefulness and grit

Bonus Skills
- Direct involvement in managing projects related to a SaaS product (bonus points for implementation and onboarding phase experience)
- Managed integration of different software products such as a CRM integration
- Experience working in advancement/development or alumni relations at an educational institution or other non-profit
- Experience at a tech start-up
- Involvement with crowdfunding, peer-to-peer fundraising, or other fundraising activities.
- Volunteered to help a school raise money or engage its alumni (e.g., as a “class agent”, “class chair/ambassador”, or “reunion committee member”)
