We are seeking a hands-on and engaged customer service representative to join our Dog friendly San Clemente, CA office. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be a key member of the customer service team. We are looking for someone who hopes to hold this position for a long time with opportunities for growth. To further our desire for a dedicated employee, we are offering a $500 retention bonus after 120 days of employment with our organization!
Job Duties
- Invoicing
- Creating and maintaining files
- Maintaining logs
- Executing legal documents
- Research/troubleshooting
- Answering phones
- Data entry
- Typing (40-45 wpm)
- Running reports
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College Degree or 4 years work experience in general office or call center environment
- Software: Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Basic skills in Word and Excel
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
Skills:
- Basic Math- including the ability to add, subtract and multiply
- Communication- ability to speak with people on the phone and in person, explain concepts, answer questions, and provide good customer service
- Ability to effectively multitask- including adapting to changing priorities and following up on unfinished projects

This is a full-time CSR position, 8 hours a day M-F.
