About the role: We are looking to build a Creative Team to bring Yours’ brand to life, through creative visuals. The Creative Team is looking for a nimble, hyper-organised digital (graphic) designer with solid digital design skills and a comprehensive understanding of email marketing and web strategy. This person is an out-of-the-box thinker, understands brand story and uses that knowledge to create engaging, and effective marketing content for all the digital communication channels- social media, website, emails and beyond. If you are obsessed with making things look pretty, this role is for you.
You will be joining the team at an early stage and will work cross-functionally with our brand team, marketers, and product team members to help shape our brand’s unique tone of voice.
Responsibilities
- Create digital assets for social ads and emails across the various touch points in customer lifetime journey– websites, product graphics, web logos, social media graphics and banners, static & rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates
- Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs
- Work with the Head of Marketing to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs
- Lead the email develop design testing plans
- Work alongside a dedicated copywriter and content lead to define narratives and evolve creative across all email communications
- Propose and design landing pages, performance assets, etc. as needed
- Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision
- Collaborate with the brand and marketing team to refine the customer journey map and define the strategy for customer engagement throughout the journey
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic design, graphic communications or a related field
- 3-4 years design experience, experience in consumer goods space is preferred
- Experience in web marketing/web design with a strong knowledge of HTML, Adobe Creative Suite products, Photoshop, FTP, web
- Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design
- Border-line obsession with attention to detail and a good sense of communication
- Having a startup mindset
- Ability to relocate, or currently located in Singapore
