What will you do?
You will become the CRM Specialist and Retention Manager who will be in charge of creating memorable experiences to improve customer engagement and retention.
How? Launching and monitoring campaigns from planning, designing to delivering and leading the global CRM strategy.
But you will not be alone, you will work closely with the COO and the genius people from the Marketing Team.
You will enjoy:

Super if you have/are:
- +3 years of experience planning and launching lifecycle campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with an email or CRM platform.
- BA/BS/Masters in Economics, Business, Engineering, or other quantitative focus.
- Fluent English.
BOOM! if you have/are:
- Worked with Salesforce.
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Data-driven mindset.
