SaaS Product Lead

What will you do?
Being the Product Lead will give you the change to work very closely with the CEO and the Executive team to enhance the definition and growth of the products.
You will closely work with the product manager, design and sales departments to align product vision with the business goals. Aso, you will own the product roadmap and define/communicate product strategies to all stakeholders and C-level staff.
In summary, you, as HOP, together with your rockstars' team - that you will lead, develop and mentor - will build incredible processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers.

 Super if you have/are 

  • +3 years of experience leading a Product team of at least 3 years.
  • Tech Savvy or IT background.
  • Strong B2B experience.
  • Rigorous, organized and eager to learn new stuff.
  • An understanding of financial products and the financial industry in general.
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated strong leadership capacity.
  • Proficient in English. 

 BOOM! if you have/are 
  • Experience in Business Development related positions, in Finance or in Consulting.
  • Worked with Agile methodologies.
  • Forex knowledge/experience.
  • Spanish or French.
