We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to participate in a company that combines Artificial Intelligence and IoT.
You will be part of a modern project, whose goal is to
connect users with machines through mobile, generating endless possibilities to
improve the user experience in their relationship with the machine.
What will you do?
- Provide training and remote technical support for the installation of our products.
- In case of incidence reported by the client, carry out an analysis and diagnosis for its resolution, either directly or in collaboration with the software development team.
- Through the CRM software of the company, keep track of the incidents reported by customers, from opening to resolution, keeping the client informed at all times.
- Work on the process of product quality (QA), to ensure the quality of the updates and hotfixes released.

Super if you have...
- Informatic Engineering
- Experience with C/C++
- High English and Spanish level
BOOM! if you have…
- Experience in software design and development for low-level and real-time integrated systems.
- Experience and/or knowledge of: Version control System (GIT)
- Experience with Java and Python.
- Knowledge of UML, SQL, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), CMAKE, FreeRTOS.
- Experience with ARM or Tensilica Processors.
- Good French and Italian level.
