Marketing Consultant

Vyral Marketing, a digital marketing agency based in Omaha, NE with a satellite office in San Diego, CA, is now hiring a full-time marketing specialist to help service a group of 43-50 clients.

We help small business owners, professionals, and entrepreneurs stay in better touch with their customers by interviewing them on a HD webcam once a month to record two short, educational Q&A videos.

We then edit, optimize, and promote these videos to our customer's databases to help them increase referrals and repeat business. We presently help over 500 clients at our firm with 60 employees and plan to double our clientele over the next 2 years.

You'll work normal business hours Monday through Friday (9-5) working on a team of 3 with 43-50 clients. The Marketing Specialist position consists of many roles requiring 2 very important skills, communication and organization. As the leader of your team  you will be responsible for keeping track of projects and making sure your team and your clients are on the same page. For your clients you are the Vyral Marketing expert. They will seek your advice, expertise and knowledge. This can range from coaching them through their videos, offering strategies to their marketing efforts or helping them stay organized. Each client is different and has individual marketing goals and expectations.

A marketing specialist will be ready and eager to learn every aspect of the Vyral Marketing program and the clients we work with.  Additionally, this individual is willing to push his or herself to be creative and grow as a marketing professional.

Qualifications:
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  •  Highly motivated self-starter
  • Able to work independently to achieve a successful result with minimal guidance 
  •  Highly detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable presenting in front of a group
  • Confident to handle multiple projects simultaneously and under deadlines.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams
  • Able to manage accounts to maximize partnerships and relationships
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for achievement
  • Able to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels including internal senior management, team members and external strategic business contacts 

Compensation: $35,000-$42,000
