Enterprise Account Manager

Mulberry is disrupting a $40B insurance industry by providing omnichannel merchants a seamless API based platform to offer product insurance to their customers. We call NYC home and are founded by a team of executives who are passionate about building e-commerce products that take a customer-first approach. Our platform not only drives revenue for brands, but also improves customer experience and trust in warranty programs.

We are growing rapidly and are looking for an established and eager senior partner success manager to help manage and grow our retailer partnerships. 

In this role, you will develop strong relationships with Mulberry’s retail partners and develop a deep understanding of their products and services, You will leverage Mulberry's platform to become an important part of their continued growth. In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for any major issues + resolution of those issues. The seasoned executive will be a role model and representative of Mulberry's culture, both internally and externally.

What You'll Do:

  • Grow key accounts
  • General management of key accounts
  • Run client meetings 
  • Will build out and analyze reports (strong excel skills needed) 
  • Will be able to identify new opportunities to expand partnership 
  • Design and drive customer strategy 

What We’re Seeking:

  • A minimum of 6 years experience with retailer or brand partnerships
  • Understands and is well versed in the e-commerce/SaaS ecosystems
  • Strong reporting and excel abilities 
  • Ability to spot new trends within the market to generate new opportunities
  • Strong desire to contribute to an innovative environment
  • World-class, strategic relationship skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, with strong time-management skills
  • CRM Experience
