Account Manager

Fieldforce is a rapidly growing technology startup focused on revolutionizing the way how infrastructure is deployed and managed. We are looking to hire an Account Manager to support its existing clients in the US. The ideal candidate would have experience of working in client-facing roles focused on large enterprise clients. 
 
As an Account Manager at Fieldforce, you will serve as a trusted adviser to Fieldforce’s customers and increase Fieldforce’s value by addressing their business needs. You will be critical in collecting the voice of the customer and funneling feedback to appropriate channels. In short, you will own the success journey of our customers ensuring they have the right resources to realize their business objectives. Responsibilities
  1. Drive Account Growth and Retention: Drive the onboarding process and ensure the successful launch of the customer’s first application. Guide customers to the right resources as needed. Proactively engage customers ensuring they are receiving the value they expect and more.
  2. Understand a wide variety of business objectives and processes across our customers' industries, know how to tie them back to Fieldforce’s product, and ultimately succeed by demonstrating the value of doing more with Fieldforce.
  3. Demonstrate new features addressing a customer’s needs and act as a liaison between the customer and product teams.
  4. Develop and maintain a strong relationship: Cultivate relationships with business and technical personnel. Establish champions of the product and develop strategic relationships; drive continued value and become a trusted adviser.
  5. Work closely with Fieldforce’s Executive Team and Account Executives to identify and pursue growth opportunities in your accounts, as aligned with customer success objectives.

 
Desired Experience: 
  1. Bachelor's degree or related work experience
  2. 2+ years in a customer facing role across software sales, services, support or technical consulting.
  3. Experience with SaaS products
  4. Experience in the telecom industry is a strong plus
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Passionate about technology
