SVP is searching for highly qualified individuals who are interested in pursuing a career on a high growth Business Development team. Over the past twelve months, the company has grown from 50 to 85 locations and is looking to accelerate that growth trajectory even further in the coming years. The Business Development Project Manager will play an integral role in driving this growth by spearheading the process development and execution of key Business Development lead generation initiatives. They will own the understanding of key potential target partners, the planning of events to support relationship initiation and development between those target partners and SVP Business Development Directors, and the tracking of ROI from those events.
KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing step-by-step detailed processes for Business Development Target Events (national conferences, regional conferences, high-value target dinners, alumni events, etc.) preparation and execution.
- Managing and executing the developed processes for the events detailed above.
- Having in-depth understanding and awareness of the dynamically changing Business Development high value target list and supporting the Business Development Director team to maximize the number of those individuals that attend the target events.
- Ensuring all relevant notes and data on targets from events are consistently and accurately tracked in the SVP CRM.
- Tracking and analyzing return on investment of events based on measured success of moving attendees through the acquisition pipeline.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum two years of post-graduate professional experience in relevant field.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Salesforce preferred but not required.
