    The Marketing & Program Coordinator oversees and organizes activities related to marketing, events and business development for Practice Works. Responsibilities include: 

    Marketing/Social Media

    • Develop and maintain library of content for social media to include video, photos, images 
    • Responsible for creation of social media calendar (30 days out) with corresponding content 
    • Responsible for daily posting, replies and management of channels and groups/communities - engagement 
    • Responsible for developing and following strategy for Practice Works social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. 

    Event Coordination and Sales: 

    • Promote use of PW event and classroom space by the community - corporate and medical specifically.  
    • Oversee/delegate event execution, including space and equipment set-up, coordinating catering and other outside services and add-on amenities and services provided by PW. 
    • Strategize for future events that PW could host/sponsor, i.e. Retreats, Wellness Expo, Community Events  
    • Explore CME opportunities using PW space to educate MD’s on CIH topics - develop plan for recruitment - schedule/coordinate a training if available 

    Community Engagement and Member Retention: 

    Organize program around member retention to include but not limited to: 
    • practitioner/professional networking events  
    • development of exclusive benefits and  
    • support of private social channels 

    Business Development: 

    Secure recurring revenue streams through professional member recruitment  

    • Create and maintain database of prospects 
    • Arrange building tours, follow up, sign up 
    • Secure 2 new members/ month 

    Outreach to the medical community 

    • Comprehensive strategy - who to contact, how, tailor message according to specialty, follow up 
    • Schedule and attend lunches, meetings, office visits (minimum 5 weekly) 

    Corporate Outreach  

    • Develop plan for corporate membership offering 
    • Create and maintain database of ideal partners  

    Partnership Development 

    Recruit, coordinate and delegate collaborative opportunities with other local businesses 

    • grab & go food & beverage 
    • pop-up shops 
    • wholesale retail 
    • discount programs for affiliate fitness/wellness membership bases 

    Other potential tasks: 
    Open or Close Practice Works 
    Reception/Check-in fill-in 

    Requirements: 
    Availability to work 40 hours/ week 
    Laptop for use at office and remotely 
    Proficiency and skill in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) 
    Proficiency in (or willingness/ability to learn) Mindbody Online, MS Excel, MS Word, GSuite (Google Docs, Drive, etc.), Canva, Dropbox, Slack
