Starnes Media is looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth across the organization. This growth is measured not only in revenue, but in development of others.

What you will do
- Laser focus on company revenue goals and strategies for achieving them
- Measuring the sales process for the unit as a whole and forecasting sales results
- Coaching and accountability
- Recruitment, hiring and constantly upleveling the team
- Running high energy and productive sales meetings
- Achieving company revenue goals through the team
- Forecasting monthly sales for a variety of products
- Polishing of sales stories while optimizing for results
- Tracking of leads, their nurturing and their close ratio
- Going on sales calls and observing, grading and coaching
- Making sure multiple company initiatives are met and the deadlines for opening and closing sales cycles are kept while goals are achieved
