McLeod Software is seeking a Project Manager for our headquarters in Birmingham, AL.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Implementation Services projects, as assigned, from contract hand-off and requirements definition to project planning and implementation
- Responsible for both New Business Projects as well as Upgrade Projects
- Ensure work with other key team members to build and sustain the client relationship during the project phase
- Provide exceptional customer service experiences to our internal and external customers
- Monitor and communicate project successes and risks
- Maintain project schedules to assure coordination with customer and all teams
- Work to ensure appropriate internal staff is involved in escalated service and delivery issues
- Prioritize projects and ensure consistency with Company strategies
- Provides advisory support and assistance to the customer as needed
- Assist customers at annual McLeod Software User’s Conference
- Provide education opportunities for McLeod Software
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and/or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 3 (three) years providing customers with software and hardware support
- Prior project management experience required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively at all levels of an organization and to interact confidently with executive management
