AQ2 Technologies, LLC is looking for a Product Implementer to perform the setup, configuration, customization and installation of our products for new customers as well as updates and enhancements to existing customer installations.
The implementer is responsible for working with the clients to determine requirements, configure and customize systems, test and evaluate the changes and deliver updates. This can include configuration settings, screen and scripting customization, custom reports and database changes. Software implementations are done remotely, so there is very little travel involved.
This role also performs some project management activities and will typically have several implementations in progress at one time. The specialist will maintain progress on milestones and delivery dates. The specialist will work with the client to get any data required and provide feedback to assist the customer in making best use of the product. Once the system is implemented, the specialist will work with the customer to complete acceptance testing, get final sign-off, and assist with transition to the support group.
- 2+ years experience with technical systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft .NET a plus
