We are seeking a highly motivated, very-driven, and passionate individual with a great attitude to join our team as a Recruiter.
Duties and Expectations:
- 2+ years of experience working in a prior recruitment role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Outgoing personality, friendly, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Have the ability to source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Familiarity with interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Strong ability to assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Must have hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Effective negotiating skills
- Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
- Flexible schedule is a must.
- Familiarity with Google products (i.e.: Gmail, Hangouts, Drive, Docs)
- Prior IT Recruitment experience a plus
