Gentis Solutions is a full-service staffing agency, providing experienced professionals to our client organizations. We are looking to partner with skilled Individuals and Agencies nationwide to help meet the significant demand for services and growth.

This work entails filling thousands of existing orders by recruiting experienced professionals for our clients. The opportunity is endless and the commission is rewarding and uncapped for the term of your agreement. This is your pathway to add an ever-increasing, recurring residual income to your existing recruiting and staffing business.

Compensation Type: Commission Only

Duties and Expectations:
  • 2+ years of experience working in a prior recruitment role.
  • Prior IT Recruitment experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Outgoing personality, friendly, with excellent verbal and written communication skills; 
  • Have the ability to source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Familiarity with interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Strong ability to assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Must have hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. 
  • Effective negotiating skills.
  • Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job.
  • A flexible schedule is a must.
  • Familiarity with Google products (i.e.: Gmail, Hangouts, Drive, Docs).
