We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to help guide our partners and deliver the highest quality experience. This is an exciting opportunity to have an impactful role in a fast-growing mission-driven organization.
As part of our team, you will be expected to:
- Maintaining all post-go-live client interaction with clinics and doctors
- Ensure provider and client satisfaction through exceptional proactive account management
- Troubleshoot all aspects of clients’ telepsychiatry program, including technical, administrative, and clinical issues
- Understand, convey, and meet our clients’ needs to maintain customer satisfaction
- Think iteratively on how to improve internal processes and the client experience
- Drive value to our clients through regular communication and analysis of data
- Listen for triggers from our clients and create solutions that can be shared throughout the team
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including Sales, Implementation, Physician Partnerships, Product, and Engineering

What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years in a customer-facing role; preferably within the healthcare field
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree will be considered
- A strong sense of ownership in your work and the company’s health; high attention to detail and critically thought through solutions will yield the highest quality impact
- A bias towards creating scalable solutions in the day to day account management efforts and the strategic initiatives to set the company up for successful growth
- Experience with a CRM, ticketing tool, and task management software is a plus
