As a Recruiting Coordinator at Genius it will be your responsibility to manage the coordination of all candidate interviews, maintain our applicant tracking system, and serve as the face of Genius to all interviewers. The ideal candidate will be interested in growing in the HR and Recruiting department.

Coordinate with applicants and hiring managers to schedule interviews and meetings
Greet candidates when they arrive, settle candidates in for interviews, and notify interviewers when candidates are ready
Keep recruiters informed on any feedback and next steps
Work with hiring managers to identify ideal candidate types, build job descriptions and interview plans
Build robust talent pipelines through research, job boards, job fairs, networking, social media, and employee referrals
Work with the rest of the recruiting team to review all incoming resumes and manage our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Manage and support every candidate through the entire interview process and greet them in the lobby on their first day
Work closely with our Head of HR and Head of Recruiting to support all matters related to the “People” department
