About the Role
We are seeking an Onsite Team Supervisor that will oversee the operations of our field sites in a manner that fulfills Genalyte’s vision of transforming healthcare delivery through on-site, technology-enabled laboratory services. The Onsite Team Lead will also supervise a team of phlebotomists, including scheduling, conducting performance evaluations and conflict resolution.
Our role includes the following duties:
- Work with sales team members to qualify new locations.
- Hiring additional staff for the Dallas region.
- Provide training to direct reports on new techniques/instrumentation.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, quality systems, and procedures.
About You
This role requires certification as a Medical Lab Technician and an approximate year of drawing blood as a minimum. This individual will also need to have an Associate's degree or higher. Management and supervisory experience is preferred. This role will also require some travel throughout the Dallas region. We are looking for someone who has a proactive approach and can tackle diverse challenges and abound in a growing company environment. Candidates should feel comfortable working independently, have a high attention to detail and quality, and have the technical rigor to get the job done efficiently.
