Sales Operations Coordinator  (m/f, 40 hrs)

your role

Working closely together with the Sales Manager and the sales team, you will assist them in their day to day sales operations. Your tasks will be varied and you will be responsible for reducing friction in the sales process, so the sales people are successful in their day-to-day activities.


your responsibilities

  • Help process orders in close collaboration with Google and other partners
  • Checking data accuracy in orders, invoices and proposals
  • Obtain missing information, answer queries / tenders and get purchase orders from clients
  • Be the first point of contact for the marketing department regarding the organisation of events and webinars
  • Support our sales reps in invoicing our customers
  • Follow-up on overdue invoices
  • Generate sales and forecasting reports
  • Provide general administrative support to improve the efficiency of the Sales team, including arranging sales meetings, preparing presentations and taking care of meeting minutes 
  • Interested to stay up-to-date with new solutions and products


your expertise

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Sales & having a first successful working experience preferably in a similar role
  • Experience in working with and knowledge around use of CRM systems 
  • Experience with Salesforce and G Suite would be a plus
  • Strong computer skills, especially working with spreadsheets
  • Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English

location

Flexible work locations are in our DNA. Although you'll be based out of our office in Mechelen, your work location is less important than the effectiveness of your performance.
