Business Development Manager  (m/f, 40 hrs)

your role

You will be responsible for generating and closing G Suite pipeline in the Dutch MKB market. A challenging role in a dynamic environment! You'll draw on your technical, commercial and communication skills to help customers get the most value from their G Suite products.   

your responsibilities

  • Initiate and execute scalable lead generation campaigns 
  • Qualify sales opportunities, set proper customer expectations, and handle negotiations
  • Lead the sales process involving the Collaboration Squad 
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Google sales reps
  • Collaborate with Google sales reps as a peer during the G Suite sales process
  • Communicate effectively with key decision makers
  • Negotiate and close contracts, deliverables and price
  • Stay up-to-date with new functionalities and customer success stories
  • Share your expertise with the sales team

Your expertise

  • A first successful, relevant work experience in the Dutch MKB market
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong qualifying and negotiating skills
  • Experience in developing sales proposals
  • Great verbal communication, storytelling and presentation skills
  • Hands on experience with CRM and G Suite (Salesforce is a plus) 
  • Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
  • Strong commercial and IT background 
  • High understanding of customer centricity

location

Flexible work locations are in our DNA. Although you'll be based out of our office in Utrecht, your work location is less important than the effectiveness of your performance.
