 This opportunity is for a recruiter who is to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions.

You will collaborate with  managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR or business background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. 

Duties & Requirments.

- Proven track record in staffing
- Good sense of Humor
- Experience interviewing over the phone
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish
