Fuzz has incubated and launched it’s own product ecosystem, called Koala. Koala is a customer experience platform, built to provide hospitality brands with premium, configurable ordering channels across kiosk, mobile and web. The platform is currently powering digital experiences for some of the world’s most exciting restaurant & hospitality brands, including: Shake Shack, Wingstop, and the new Chase Center in San Francisco.
Having grown without a dedicated sales team, we’re ready to accelerate our rollout, and are seeking a driven sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to see Koala brought to the world.
This is a chance to make a huge impact on a rapidly growing company, and emerge as a Sales Leader.
You'll work closely with leadership to run and develop the sales cycle. You will be responsible for sales, with duties including:
- Expanding revenue channels with existing customers
- Working inbound leads and relationships with channel partners
- Making cold calls, getting warm intros using your network, and generally doing whatever it takes to get the sale
- Building efficient and scalable sales processes
- 2 year min. sales experience in SaaS
- The ability to learn quickly, and willingness to explore tasks out of your comfort zone
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Goal oriented and metrics-driven
- Familiarity with email marketing automation and CRM tools
- Open to travel and attending conferences in a sales capacity
- Experience in the restaurant industry a plus
