Community Manager and Customer Advocate

Responsibilities
  • Create written and graphic materials for tutorials
  • Work with customers on a daily basis
  • Manage the company's customer CRM, knowledge base, tutorials and other materials
  • Work with product, dev and design teams

Required Experience
  • 3+ years in a customer success or equivalent role
  • Extremely strong technical writing skills
  • CRM, blog and web-publishing experience
  • Some design, slide and graphics expertise
  • Some programming or scripting experience to help you explain the product

Bonus Experience
Tinkering with Raspberry Pi, Linux, Arduino, cameras and robotics in general
