Account Manager

We are looking for Account Managers who will scale Freedom Robotics significantly without losing track of our customers and also with a specific focus on enabling and driving all of them to grow and feel loved.

What you'll be working on:
  • Accelerate customer adoption of Freedom Robotics - both existing customers and newly on boarded ones. 
  • Grow all on boarded customers, maximizing adoption. You will be the first line of contact for all customers - redirecting to Tier 1 support, sales, CS, etc.
  • Advocate for customer needs and be the conduit between customers and the development team to help inform roadmap decisions for new features, and in turn drive their adoption among customers. 
  • Develop strategic relationships with key members of the management, operations, and development teams to understand their business and develop roadmaps for success. 
  • Create and standardize assets and processes based on your experience to enable scaling and adoption. 

To be successful, you'll need to have:
  • CS or account management for 50-200 SaaS (higher touch) accounts and 10-20 enterprise accounts.
  • Strong, positive, outgoing personality.
  • Happy cold calling, being on the phone, video chat, etc. 
  • Strong, previous, examples of growing customers through identifying enablers for growth and working with both technical and exec teams to identify solutions for implementations.
  • Comfort with supporting very technical customers.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Marketing business-to-business technologies.
  • Familiarity with Linux, Bash, APIs and SDKs a strong plus 
  • Tenacity and a knack for building and scaling products that are technically excellent, aesthetically appealing, and easy to use.
  • Ability to think clearly and be persuasive (but never a jerk).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
