We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer who will be responsible for onboarding customers and helping them bridge their resource gaps through the effective implementation of Freedom Robotics.
What you’ll be working on:
- You will help customers evolve their business through the use of the Freedom Robotics suite of tools and services.
- Guide customers as a subject matter expert from initial product demos through implementation. You will need to overcome objections during the sales process through a deep understanding of customer needs, technical know-how, and focus on their end goal.
- Troubleshoot issues across all stages of the implementation process to ensure successful onboarding.
- Tune features and educate users to ensure customers’ success.
- Work with the development team to inform the product roadmap.
To be successful, you’ll need to have:
- A “Get it done, whatever it takes” attitude.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience preparing and delivering technical pitches with technical sophistication.
- Strong technical foundation and understanding of various robotics technologies, bottlenecks, and processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical barriers to onboarding with clients and understand how to set them up for success using Freedom Robotics.
- Coding background in Python and C++ as an individual contributor for 2+ years.
- Understanding of software architectures.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or other technical field.
- Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems.
- Experience with ROS, Protobuffer, OpenCV, Numpy, etc.
- Previous experience in enterprise or rapid growth startup sales engineering teams.
