Community & Social Media Manager

We're a technology company that brings simple, free stock investing to everyone. We’ve built a beautiful investing app to trade in real shares, with zero commissions or fees in a fluid, mobile-first experience. And behind the app, we’re building all the technology and infrastructure from the ground up. 

With over £10m in funding so far and one of the most overfunded companies ever on Crowdcube,  we are now expanding our team further and are poised to disrupt the £1.2 trillion UK retail investments market. And that's just the start.

We’re now looking for a Community & Social Media Manager to help manage and grow our amazing forum, one of the top investing and startup company communities in the UK, and work across our social media channels. You’ll sit within the marketing team, reporting to our Head of Social, and be the point-person on one of our biggest assets. 

This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact at an early stage of our growth and help Freetrade scale as an exceptional place to work and build a career.

What you’ll do:
  • Help lead and grow our community
  • Create high performing content for social media and the community
  • Help introduce new features and get feedback from the community on features and launches
  • Keep the community an engaging, respectful, fun place through smart moderation
  • Organise events and AMAs
