POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a marketing leader to work closely with the CEO and a Marketing Coordinator to define our FM marketing strategy and the plan to realize it. You have a strategic mind and versatile creative voice proven in digital media and can help FM leadership take our marketing efforts to the next level.

- Location: Warsaw, Poland

- Project industry: Software development for HealthTech, FinTech, and FoodTech industries

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Strategy and planning:
- Enhancement of the company’s voice and visibility in US / Europe through online and offline channels
- Developing a marketing strategy in line with company business objectives
- Developing a marketing plan & budget to implement the strategy
- Ensure marketing voice and branding aligns with FM Strategy and is kept consistent
- Plan, implement and coordinate inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate new leads
- Responsibility for brand creation and management
- Work closely with business development and delivery teams to have consistent strategy
Implementation:
- Plan and manage content including blogs, social media posts, website(s), and marketing and sales presentations
- Work closely with CEO and internal experts to produce content
- Ensure content aligns with FM Vision, Mission & Values
- Ensure content aligns with the target audience and key strategic message
- Track content performance across different channels and communicate key findings to the Leadership
- Plan and manage FM presence on various tech events and conferences
- Offer ideas on how to improve
- Consult Employer Branding activities with HR
Management:
- Manage the marketing budget
- Motivate and manage team to contribute/execute
- Selecting and managing external partners to supplement marketing efforts
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- +5 years’ experience with similar responsibilities
- Experience working with international teams and markets
- Demonstrated communication and writing skills
- A creative mind and proven ability to solve problems
- Proven analytical, planning, and project management skills
- Proven English oral and written communication skills
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience in tech or consulting services industries
- Experience working in marketing agency (e.g. 360 agency)
- Sales and business development background
