LDN Building Services - Hospitality Assistant

Framestore is a global creative company working in film, advertising and content, with a focus on animation and VFX projects. In March 2018, Framestore is moving to a purpose built new building in central London where our 1000 artists, producers and technologists will for the first time be working under one roof!

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Assistant to join us at this important time as we welcome our staff and clients to our exciting new space. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives working in a creative and busy environment.

Vital for the success of this role is a warm, confident manner, with a genuine passion for client hospitality. We are looking for someone with great organisation skills as our cafe will be a busy central hub for the whole company.

We are looking for a Hospitality Assistant who has a passion for delivering the highest levels of service to clients and employees at Framestore.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, welcoming, confident, professional and approachable with strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills.

Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure consistency and the effective and timely set up of our client facing areas and meeting rooms. You will be expected to support the Client Hospitality Manager to ensure a high standard of service.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer orientated role
  • Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn and work hard
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Food Hygiene certificate
  • Ensure food is presented to a high standard
  • Fluent in English
  • Passionate about food
  • Well presented

Desirable Skills:

  • Confident, outgoing, friendly with a can-do attitude
  • Previous training in food hygiene and/or food service
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
