Digital Ad Trafficker

Position Summary: 
The Digital Ad Trafficker (this is an entry level role) is responsible for uploading local automotive dealer’s monthly digital media campaigns across multiple desktop, social and mobile user interfaces. The duties include compiling all digital assets and ensuring that all of the campaign details are properly submitted. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
Scheduling all digital campaigns across display, video, mobile and social campaigns using multiple ad platforms 
Upload the creative and tags for monthly campaigns ensuring that the creative reflects the current offer and clicks through properly 
Troubleshoot inaccuracies or problems while monitoring ad campaign launches 
Understanding of technology and various ad templates such as .gif, .jpg, HTML5, VAST and VPAID formats 
QA existing campaign and check reporting once the campaigns have launched to confirm the details are reporting accurately 
 
Qualifications:
Must possess superb organizational and communication skills both written and oral
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and manage priorities 
Must be extremely detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines 
Must be highly motivated and a true team player 
Self-starter who can take direction but also own the process of setting up and delivering campaigns 
 
Education and/or Experience: 
Bachelor’s degree preferred 
Ideally 2+ years’ experience in Digital Advertising 
 
Computer Skills
Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel 
Aptitude for working with custom software systems 
Experience using 3rd party buying platforms, DSP or exchanges is a big plus
