Position Summary:
The Ad Analyst is responsible for creating and managing paid search campaigns using Google, AdWords, and Bing Ads. The duties include creating, reviewing and optimizing search campaigns for tier 2 and tier 3 automotive clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
Manage Adwords & Bing search campaigns on tier 2+3 accounts
Analyze results and maximize ROIs per our optimization process
Cultivate fresh ideas and discover new opportunities based on data analysis, trends in the digital marketing space, and new brands/products being launched
Review completed and running campaigns on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and discuss ongoing efforts with senior staff
Collaborate with colleagues in other departments such as social, creative, data and tech to ensure smooth, consistent, and effective campaigns
Hold client review calls on a monthly basis
Excellent grasp of data analytics
Intermediate understanding of paid search platforms - advanced knowledge is a plus
Basic understanding of native and display platforms - advanced knowledge is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify, communicate, solve and follow up on issues that arise on a daily and weekly basis
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ideally 2+ years’ experience in Digital Advertising
Computer Skills
Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel
Aptitude for working with custom software systems
Experience using AdWords, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics
