About the role
We are seeking an energetic, proactive support analyst for our San Francisco Bay Area offices. The IT support analyst will be client service driven, business savvy and partner closely with various departments to resolve technical issues. As part of the IT support team, this individual will support the executives, in addition to helping shape the enterprise desktop environment, this individual will need to be highly organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows OS, MAC OSX, iOS and Android.
- Experience w/ technologies like Active Directory, SSO, O365, GSuite and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Skype, Google Hangouts, BlueJeans)
- Must have strong ability to communicate with business/technical staff and explain complex pieces of technology in basic terms
- Experience leading and managing Windows, MAC and Google software rollouts
- Ability to research executive requests and fully understand their needs to find the optimal technology solution
- Strong customer focus and a sincere desire to provide outstanding support and service
- Ability to multitask, remain calm, remain organized and dynamically manage prioritization of work.
- 24x7 on-call availability
Desired Skills & Experience
- Ability to anticipate executive needs based on upcoming and regularly scheduled events
- Experience supporting IT Infrastructure in an atmosphere of SEC compliance.
- Be able to explain technical and business reasoning behind decisions/actions taken.
- Experience working for a company in the RIA or FINRA experience.
- Strong documentation and communications skills
- Experience working with companies using ISO 9001 standards
- Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with managing delegates and other attributes in Office 365 using Powershell
- Experience configuring and managing Mobile Device Management solutions (AirWatch, XenMobile, Intune)
- 4+ years of experience providing support for a large (5000+ end user) environment, with an emphasis on Executive Support
- One or more certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Associate, Microsoft Certified Professional, ITIL v3 Certification Certified Casper Technician, Certified Professional – XenMobile, Cisco Certified Network Professional Wireless, VMWare Airwatch – Enterprise Mobility
