The Position:
Flybits is looking for a driven and enthusiastic business development representative to join our North American sales team and contribute to our company's growth on a global scale. You will work directly with the Head of Business Development and our account executives on prospecting, qualifying leads and identifying areas of opportunity in enterprise accounts. High energy and an upbeat attitude will make up for experience - you will get guidance and training on best practices from our highly experienced team to help you ramp up and hit your metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the head of business development on strategy for targeting accounts and finding opportunities
- Schedule intro calls and demo
- Build and maintain contact data in Salesforce
- Meet monthly and quarterly prospecting goals and qualified opportunities
- Prospecting via phone, email and in person (networking events)
- Generate interest and find new prospects in specific verticals and geographies
- Conduct initial discovery and qualification of leads and prospects
- Learn and leverage product features, partners, marketing and others to ensure goals are met
- Stay up-to-date with the competitive environment and industry trends
- Work as a team to deliver the best customer experience at all times
Requirements:
- 1 year of corporate experience (outbound sales a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized with the ability to multi task, prioritize time while maintaining attention to detail
- Passionate about sales, software, mobile and technology
- High energy and always have a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Articulate with strong business acumen
- Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks
